  1. BiblioFile Version 1.2 is a reference library manager.  It permits
  2. the tracking and ready retrieval of journal articles.  It requires
  3. Windows 3.1 or above.  The executable (bib.exe) and the help file
  4. (bibhlp.hlp) should be located in the same directory.
